I think I made mistake. Joe Hernandez is actually John Hernandez and he may have retired from Fish & Game but had previous LE experience in Texas. Also LT Eric Sterbinsky is the correct spelling.

Lt. Eric Stravinsky or Sterbinsky is front right. He was the Lt for North La County. Front left is Joe Hernandez who was the Malibu Warden. I worked with him the most while I was living in San Pedro. Joe took an LE job in Texas prior to being eligible to retire in California. The guy in the left rear looks like Ed Ramos who I worked with in Mendocino County but I can’t be a 100% sure it’s him with the glasses on.

The guy to the right of Joe Hernandez was a Captain with San Fernando PD and a reserve with Fish & Game (If my memory is correct). I don’t remember his name. Also the guy at the right rear was a Sergeant with San Fernando PD and a reserve with Fish & Game. (Again if I remember correctly). We use to do a lot of camp outs at Castic during dove and deer openers.

Sometimes, the greatest act of love isn’t just offering words of comfort. It’s being physically present. Yet deciding when to relocate to be near a loved one who needs support can be one of the most emotionally complex and logistically challenging decisions you’ll ever make.

From recognizing the early signs that more local support is needed to navigating the steps for a smooth transition, there are ways to make the process less stressful and more rewarding for everyone involved.

As a retired nursing home administrator passionate about helping seniors live their best lives, I’m writing an article offering compassionate guidance and tips for families facing this decision. I believe it would be a valuable addition to your site, and I’d be honored if you’d consider publishing it.

Thanks for your time today,
James Hall of seniorcarefitness.com

P.S. If you’re interested, but prefer a different topic, I’m very much open to that so just let me know. However, if you do not wish to receive any further emails, I understand. Kindly respond so I’ll know what you think.

Dell: You can send my any photos at jackedwards@surewest.net and I will be happy to add them to the website. Any history to go with them would be great. I started as a warden in Half Moon Bay in 1977 but don’t remember a Kenneth Greene from San Jose. He may have retired before I hired on.

California. My dad was a warden. Kenneth Greene. He passed away Oct 14, 2020, I have a picture of him in his uniform not sure how to post it here. I still possess his gun that he owned back then when he was a warden. A privilege indeed. He wasn’t in the service long. But handed down the respect of hunting to the family.
